I got all the assistance that I needed when I was finding it a difficult to obtain DBS certificates for our Engineers, The lady could not have been more helpful, she posted the information out quickly as promised and assisted with my questions when I needed help. Excellent Service I was totally satisfied with the service provided.

The lady who runs this business is very rude. We asked her to carry out DBS checks for some of our 30 employees recently. After a brief discussion with us she said she was going to return our cheque as our applications were too much effort for her! A few days later we noted that she had cashed our cheque. We contacted her again and asked why. She said she would send us a cheque of hers. We asked if she would send all of our staffs confidential information back by recorded delivery for which she replied NO. On pushing she said she would but shed deduct the cost from the cheque she sends us Unbelievable. This organisation is supposed to be accredited by the UK gov! In all our years in business we have never experienced anything like this. This lady needs to learn what customer satisfaction and customer interaction is all about. We would never deal with this organisation and person again.
