Claire and Kelly helped us to sell my mums bungalow. Right from the first enquiry, they were helpful and knowledgeable and offered some great advice. The photos were amazing and the house sold very quickly. There was always someone to answer our questions and I highly recommend their services.

Yesterday our house sale completed, quickly and efficiently. It was a pleasant and stress free experience all thanks to Claire, Kelly and Indianna of Rutley Clark. Communication throughout was excellent; both with ourselves, the buyers and both sets of solicitors. Given the current financial climate and proximity to Christmas this is just amazing and our relief is palpable. We would recommend Claire most highly without any reservations.
