Tim and Chris were recommended to us by the estate agents handling our parent's property sale. Not only did they clear and leave the property in an immaculate condition, checking every step for confirmation of the things to be cleared but did it with such understanding and empathy, clearing what was our family home for over 50 years. From the first telephone conversation to the last meeting, they were exceptional. Very, very highly recommended.

Tim and Chris are highly recommended. Before deciding, Tim came to my late fathers property to ensure I was happy to proceed by giving me a detailed plan of the clearance that was needed. Tim showed compassion and understanding during the process and wasnt pushy at all, allowing me to decide in my own time. They finished the work by ensuring the property was left tidy and ready for someone else to move into. I would highly recommend them as they are highly professional and caring, this is a quality that I feel is needed when families are dealing with grief. As soon as I spoke to Tim on the telephone I could hear the warmth in the tone of his voice, this made me feel reassured. I cannot thank them enough

Great service. Cleared loft, garage and emptied and demolished a garden shed. Tim good to deal with, price good. Very pleased with work done. Would definitely use this company again.

T and M were recommended by a respected estate agent. From making the initial call I cannot speak highly enough of the kind understanding and helpful manner of Chris on the telephone. Despite being short notice that I was travelling to Yorks Chris and Tim fitted in a visit to my late mum's house giving a most reasonable quota and then started working and returned today to complete the house clearance. Throughout they treated mum's home and possessions with dignity they worked tidily and with expert planning. Despite this being a sad time we managed to have a little laugh and I highly recommend Tim and Chris.
