    Booked to have my hair done & was asked to come in friday - any time between 9-330 as that was when she was working. As she wanted to do a skin test and look at my hair before colouring it. Drove to horbury (25 mins with the traffic etc) I was ignored as I entered the salon, no one even said hello. After a few minutes someone asked me why I was there, I explained. The woman was so unwelcoming and rude, asked me to come back because she "didnt have time" so i explained I had driven a fair way to come during the time they suggested. She huffed and puffed and customers were looking at me, basically made me feel like i was putting her out and it was really embarrassing. Decided not to attend my appointment because why would i after that reception. I understand its a busy time post lockdown but zero customer service and felt belittled. Dont rate that at all.
