Purchased some tyres for my sons bike from them, they use the cheapest Royal Mail service meaning the proof of delivery doesn't show any information other than delivered. Nick hid behind the "delivered" and just shrugged it off when I said I dont have the items. Now he is refusing to resend the items, take it up with Royal Mail and I have to "just deal with it". Not surprising showing some of the other one star reviews this company has.

Never used before, came up on a Google search. Just excellent prices and brilliant service, an actual human interaction where the guys went out their way to accommodate my request and specific delivery instructions. Ordered mid afternoon and items arrived by royal mail before 10:00 te next morning. Highly recommend.

My husband ordered some bike tyres for our son from this store. Unfortunately, the tyres were sent and marked as 'delivered' by Royal mail however as the parcel was not recorded delivery therefore Royal mail were unable to give any details of the delivery, geo location etc. The parcel was not received and even though we enquired with our local post office and depo they were unable to help and advised us it would be for the sender to enquire and make any claims. My husband raised this with Nick who was extremely unhelpful and to be honest quite rude and and basically told him the matter was done and he would not help at all or contact Royal mail his end to try and resolve this. We have now paid in full for a product we did not receive and the customer service from Nick has been abysmal. Would not reccomend this shop to anyone.
