I have been working with Tegan since the beginning of Feb, I needed some help to loose weight and tone up. I cannot believe the difference I have made with my body in only about 5 weeks!! Her work outs are brilliant and with videos to help if you are unsure of what to do. She provides such a good variety of work outs to make your whole body work and really makes you want to push yourself. And woth weekly check ins you can check how you are getting on. I am so excited to continue to work with Tegan and see how much I can loose and hopefully get that summer body! She is the nicest and most encouraging PT and is on the end of the phone if needed. Thank you so much for all you have done already Tegan and I am excited for what's next!!

My mum started working with Tegan in March 2021. The main aim was to get stronger and grow some muscle. Tegan was great, really supportive and responsive to my mums questions and queries. My mum has arthritis in her wrists and Tegan was able to adapt the workouts to suit her so they didnt cause her pain. My mum had never tracked Macros before and knew her protein was too low. Tegan worked with her to increase her protein and help increase her muscles and overall strength. My mum doesnt do social media or apps and does not like being filmed or getting her photo taken. However working with Tegan after a few weeks she increased her confidence to send check in photos and videos. Which allowed Tegan to correct her form and make tweaks to her technique. Would highly recommend Tegan as a coach.
