I have been using Almost Off Grid for almost 2 years making red wine. The quality of service received from Bev and Andy has been outstanding throughout as is the quality of the wine kit I have selected. From the start, they have always delivered the kits to my front door and usually within a few days from placement of the order. Super efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service every time. I won't shop anywhere else!

I ordered a starter kit & it was hand delivered the next day (1 hour drive away) by the owners themselves. Apparently there had been some problems with royal mail previously & they wanted to ensure that i received my order on time. I can only thank them for their amazing customer service & dedication. I will be recommending this shop to everyone i know.
