Charlotte made our wedding cake and it was amazing! From cake tasting via post during lockdown to speaking about our ideas Charlotte's service was great throughout!! The cake looked and tasted amazing and we had barely any left at the end so went down a treat with our guests! Would recommend she's fab!!

Charlotte Carey's cake design did us proud when she made our wedding cake at the end June. Loads of our guests commented on the different flavours of the three tiers and how delicious and moist the cake was. Charlotte was very helpful right from the outset and through to delivery of the cake on the day. The weather on our day was extremely hot but Charlotte managed the situation very well and delivered a stunning cake. Would definitely recommend.

Charlotte created the most stunning wedding cake we could have asked for - and well within budget! We have received nothing but praise about the flavours, the sponge itself and the decoration! We also had many people comment about how balanced the buttercream and icing was - with many people telling us they usually leave that part because it is too sweet, but that this one was the perfect balance between creamy and sweet. The words 'A real cake' were used more times than we could count. The consultation was a blast and Charlotte is a genuinely lovely person to work with. She helped us with all our questions and dealt so professionally with our changing plans (Covid wedding, what can we say). It was presented beautifully, tasted incredible and made exactly how we wanted it - me and my husband could not have been more pleased! She also hired us out a cakestand for no extra charge and dealt amazingly with setting up in a busy backstreet building in the Brighton Lanes. Truly a pleasure, thank you so so much for everything you put together for us!

Charlotte is a very talented cake creator as well as being a brilliant trainer. I had a fab cake made for my husband's recent promotion as well as attending a cake decorating class. Highly recommended.
