Millcroft Home For The Elderly

My mum has been in Millcroft for 5 years and I cant fault the staff and their commitment to their residents. They treat them like family. The home has a real lovely friendly welcoming vibe. I truly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely staff. Throughout lockdown they have all been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. My dad is well looked after and cared for. Would definitely recommend.

Review Millcroft If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. My mom spent her last 2 months at Millcroft, and the care well exceeded any expectation. She was very happy, loved the staff, who not only were always promptly there when needed, but also helped with high spirits, uplifting. If ever I raised any concern, I was impressed by the personal care and attention by the Senior Manager Cynthia. Never a problem, usually already resolved. I could always rest assured that mom was in the best care. If ever I were to reach a stage of needing care, this would be my unreserved choice. Highly recommended!
