I drove 50 miles for an hour of riding. I can't wait to have a wonderful experience on a beautiful Sunday, but in the face of the accomplished fact, I had the worst experience of my life. It wasn't the first time I'd done this and I know how to control a horse, but all I got was an hour's ride on the back of a horse pulled by a child. They did not mention this at all. When the staff saw that I was not happy at all, they offered me the solution to reduce it to half an hour, but without receiving the rest of the money. Protective hats, I've never seen anything dirtier. I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I feel like 30 pounds have been stolen from me and ruin my day. Never again

Cannot fault this yard. A magical place whatever your ability. Lovely people and great horses whether you are looking for a quiet safe ride or a more forward riding experience. They are busy and it is purely down to the care, enthusiasm and kindness they show to both their clients and their horses.
