        Allways given 5 out 5 for staff drs ..but now feel the surgery has to many patients for no drs

        I know this isn't directly all the surgery's fault.. but I can't get an appointment online or on the phone.. so I guess it'll either get better or I'll see you in A&E!

        My mum registered with the practice when she moved here last year. They have been absolutely outstanding in their treatment of her. When I have called the surgery the receptionists have been very polite and very helpful. They have accommodated appointments for vaccinations to be done locally rather than travelling to either of the other two surgeries. All in all 11 out of 10. My daughter and I have both transferred to the surgery. I don't agree with the gentleman giving the surgery a one star review. As no longer a patient there he should have called 111 for urgent advice. The receptionists had every right to turn him away, which is why he probably felt that they were unhelpful. I can only say that I have had the complete opposite experience.
