Only been driving a few months and experienced my first ever puncture (insert panic mode ) .so I rang up and the lady I spoke to was super calming and told me not to worry and just pop on down to be fixed.
Got there Jackie went beyond to sort my tyre out, showing me every step of the process because Im proper nosey/intrigued and it turned out it also needed new valve which explained why that particular tyre kept loosing air very slowly since I bought the car but that wasnt an issue for Jackie to sort out. Once done she even checked the air on my other tyres for me - I even got a cheeky brew whilst I waited which wasnt even long at all. 15mins bish bash bosh!
