Holy Crepe !

Sadly don't like to leave negative reviews however the time it takes for food to arrive is really ridiculous, we waited over two hours for a waffle and an apple crumble which have still not arrived, when I finally managed to get through to staff I was spoken to quite rudely when I asked to cancel the order. I do hope the company looks at the reviews as this really isn't good enough. At least provide honest responses instead of the usual "it's just left" when it clearly hasn't. It has arrived in the past but both times it's taken far too long. I think I'll order from Frozen Moments in the future as I've never had an issues with them.

Ordered at 10pm & food didn't arrive until 12:30am. Seems to be all about the money & no service with this place.

Absolute shambles of a business, waited over 2 hours for some deserts, first the rang me to change my order to something els, was ok with that then hour goes by still nothing so rang them they said the order is on its away. Rang again another 45 mins later and said they said theyre waiting on a driver. So given me false information. Pathetic

This place is a joke. Placed an order through Uber Eats @ 9pm now its 10.25pm and order has not been delivered. Trying to contact Holy Crepe but the phone is going on a voice mail.
