Truly gobsmacked that a client my mum can be sent out looking that bad. Didn't even give what the client asked for and still charged her 50. Turned her hair orange on first round of colour . She had virgin hair. This should not have happened!!! Made the start of her day very stressful as she had an event to go to in the afternoon. Bodgy standards. Colour wasn't even vibrant and no black root like what was on the picture shown to the stylist. Should not be taking on things that they obviously can't do. Now she's having to pay for someone to correct it today Warning others... would post the picture but she hates it that mutch she don't want pictures taken of it!!!

Terrible hair cut. My 2 year olds first hair salon visit. He was quite wriggly to be fair but the hair cut was absolutely terrible. Totally uneven, the left side a good 1-2 cm longer than the right. He cut it with a chunky detangling comb after i said not to use the clippers so no wonder he couldnt get a good cut using that, it was not accurate at all! His "fringe" bit is totally wonky, as is the nape of his neck. It was hard to tell at the time as his hair was wet but i commented on the fringe, saying can you make this bit more straight please, to which he said "just sweep it to the side" and combed the hair to the left. I got home and cried it was so bad. I have neatened it up to the best of my ability but I will NEVER go back. I basically chose there because they had a car for young kids to sit in but it was not worth the terrible job done. Service: Kids' cuts
