Staff are so friendly and their customer service is to a very high standard.

An amazing arcade full of friendly staff. Normally get a lot of value for money compared to other arcades and staff are normally nice enough to throw in the odd bits.
Tickets are reasonable also, without you having to spend to much to acquire stuff.
As mentioned before staff are so nice, and go above and beyond for customers always leaving you wanting to come back! Always smiling and approachable, just a comforting place to be.
