Rooms are clean with plenty of space. Baby cots available. Fan heaters in some rooms if it got cool in the evenings in winter. Pub bar is still in place and you can book what drinks you would like on tap. Large dining space and well equipped kitchen. Good outdoor facilities with a kids play area, hot tub and BBQs. Location great for a walk in Hope valley and up Mam Tor.
Booking service is friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the dramatic increase in price since it first opened in 2017 a few years ago and now 2022.
All in all one of the best English group accommodation venues we have booked over the past decade.
