        I was going to order a shockwiz from 18 Bikes but I eventually didnt as my neighbour offered to lend me his for free but during my queries they were happy to respond quickly and helpfully so Im giving the 5 stars for customer service

        I bought a Mondraker off Si and Dan and Leo et al and their support has been fantastic. One year down the line there have been quite a few faults on the bike which the boys have resolved without complaint. There was a warranty claim needed and again they stepped up to the mark. They do a great job which is a fab. Full marks to the guys and would thoroughly recommend them as a shop to support.Steve.
