After an injury and resulting in nerve and numbness causing chronic pain to my foot and leg I have been looking for a way of just feeling some relief even if for just a small amount of time. After finding Gail on the Internet looking for alternatives to putting tablets in my body , i made contact via the telephone . We had a brief chat and an appointment was arranged. When first meeting Gail i knew instantly with her kind and welcoming nature she could be trusted to help. (Sometimes you just know when you meet people ..) After receiving my treatment, it is the first time in nearly 5 months I have had some relief from the constant pain and mental stress that this injury pain brings .. This lady is a breath of fresh air and is highly skilled in her craft.. Would highly recommend

I have been seeing Gail for fortnightly treatment since February '22. I can highly recommend. I battle with Arthritis and Peripheral Neuropathy and the relief I gain is immense. Very professional, friendly and a good listener. So glad I found her. Always, always goes the extra mile.

I have been having reflexology sessions with Gail over the past few months and have benefited from the experience in terms of spending time in a relaxed environment, receiving alternative therapy, which stimulates the central nervous system. I have experienced improvements in circulation in my feet and lower legs as well as alleviating stiffness in my joints. To maximise the benefits of any alternative therapies it is important that you feel welcome and that the person treating you cares about your wellbeing. Very friendly caring professional lady who has helped the clients in my workplace for a number of years,will always take the time to listen and put people at ease beforehand. Would highly recommend.
