        Not helpful staff and give you false information when hiring stuff then hire you a broken item , that wont go so take it back complain, then they say we will charge you for 1days hire only thats all I needed for then they rip you off n charge you 2days when the guy behind the counter said we will only charge you 1days hire for the inconvenience DONT HIRE ANYTHING FROM HERE , staff not helpful n hire equipment wont go when you get it home

        Ive seen reviews suggesting that this place is friendly and helpful, I can only imagine that because whenever I pass they are always so dead, they make up reviews themselves. The place has a miserable feel about it, and prices are outrageous. Even rip off B&Q only charge 6.90 for a bag of cement, tried scamming nearly 8.50 here, when I was desperate at a local job. Their Rep keeps approaching us on our sites and assuring that theyre worth a try, No Thanks Ill keep goin to Brookss !
