I have, in the past, given them some tricky problems to solve for me and they have stepped up and managed to arrive at a solution in good time. Their knowledge is astounding. Phoned this company and spoke to Richard requesting a price for some fork lift wheels, was told that as we are not a trade company they could not sell them to us. When I pointed out that we are a commercial workshop and on their website it specifically states "Do you only sell to the trade. No. We are the largest independent trade supplier in the UK for forklift wheels, but at the same time we sell all manner of industrial wheels and castors to many different companies and individuals." he said good point, but we're still not going to sell to you and that was that.
