Excellent communication and very fair and reasonable staff. We worked with Jerry and he was a pleasure to work with providing us a video tour of the car and helping us schedule and pickup our vehicle. We bought a 2009 Hyundai i800 and while we love the car it had an unfortunate engine failure within 2 months of owning it which I think is purely bad luck. We feel very fortunate that we had a 3 month warranty and Jerry was very easy to deal with helping us evaluate options to get our car repaired and honoring the 3 month engine warranty with ease. Very grateful and impressed with the service, wish I could have given a 5-star review but given our bad luck and what happened to our new (used) vehicle I felt that 4 stars was appropriate. I would absolutely buy from Hampshire Motor House again!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! My other half brought a Mitsubishi L200 truck from here. We got it delivered and told there was nothing wrong with the truck, when we took it out there was a knocking sound coming from the back sounding like the wheel bearings. We contacted the garage and told them and they said it wasn't making any noise before. Once this had happened it was just one thing after another. The truck hadn't been valeted before we got it, we also never received a log book for this. We decided to send this back as we was well within our rights and I told the garage it had a bent MOT and his response was "but it has one." Great customer service this garage has! Also we mentioned about broken specs and the response we got was "just because it has these things, doesn't mean it has to work!" Absolutely disgusting service! We took them to trading standards and he didn't care. The truck then got sold on with all the problems we sent it back with even a leak in the engine so whoever has this truck good luck. I would never ever recommend this garage to anyone and they are rude!! They need shutting down!!!
