Mylbrook Ltd

We are a commercial vehicle repairer based in Farnborough and came across Mylbrooks last July as we needed another supplier of LDV parts. We met with Tom, Jeremy and Lyn and explained our parts requirements. A year on all we can say is what fantastic service we receive. Nothing is too much trouble and our parts are ordered immediately and if in stock usually arrive the next day. Lyn is fantastic and always lets us know if there is any particular part that may be out of stock or on back order, and goes out of her way to find out a part number if we don't know it. We were so impressed with their set up and the range of vans that they had for sale that last September we bought a second-hand Citroen Despatch Van from them for our new employee! Again, fantastic service from Tom and overall it is an absolute pleasure to do business with Mylbrooks. There is a lot to be said for the smaller, family owned companies as you get a much better level of customer service. Long may our business relationship continue.

Just bought a lovely little Vauxhall Combo from these guys. After trawling through over-priced vans for over 6 months (I live in The Cotswolds!), I finally stumbled upon Mylbrook via Auto Trader. I was impressed by their reviews and especially how they replied to a negative review. That's a big reason why I travelled to them. From our first conversation Tom made me feel at ease and came across as a guy you can trust. The van wasn't ready when I called about it and Tom said he'd call me when it was. If I had 1 for every time I'd heard that from dealers I'd be a rich man! I travelled the 90 minutes to see the van and it was exactly as listed (some things were not listed that were an added bonus; LED lights in the cargo area). I was really impressed with the set up and came away really happy with my new van, complete with SIX MONTHS warranty included! ALL the staff I dealt with were superb and welcoming. Now, here is the mark of a good company: start/stop battery died after ten days, so I had it changed. I let Tom know and he (without hesitation) sent me the money to pay for it. That deserves a special mention in itself. I feel that I have finally found a dealer I can trust and I will be returning when my wife finally wins her argument about her needing a new car.....!
