Sham company that charge extortionate rates to put you through to a normal number. Caught my partner out and she didn't realise. Absolutely criminal company.

Wanted to book a train ticket on Trainline. Got what I thought was Trainlines number and called. Was on hold for 19 minutes. Got a telephone bill for 72.40! Amazed that Trainline let them do this. Contacted Trainline, dont want to know (less than helpful) Contacted telephone provider, dont want to know. Finally lodged a formal complaint to the ombudsman. This company must be stopped at this practice and taken to court to reimburse its victims.

Called an incorrect number, heard the 3.60 charge and out the phone down within seconds, but still been charged nearly 5. Surely this can't be legal? Will definitely be taking further.

Used a number to call Amazon-if the number had clearly stated 3.60 per minute I would have put tge phone down immediately. Ive just been fleeced for 88.00 pounds on my mobile bill. AMAZING that this is legal. I will be taking this up with off-com and Amazon
