I am incredibly happy with the service provided by Freestyle IT they always provide prompt, courteous, thorough responses and are prepared to go the extra mile. Weve worked with them over the past few years to implement Microsoft Office 365, allowing our team to stay in touch from anywhere they sign in. In the Legal profession, backup and storage are particularly important, our clients rely on us to retain and secure sensitive information. Our working partnership gives us confidence in Freestyle, as a trusted provider and advisor, their expert technicians are always at the end of the phone to help. Certainly, the most responsive / helpful IT provider that I have worked with over the years, the team have helped me immensely, since I joined here 6 months ago. By undertaking a complete review of our IT infrastructure, Freestyle IT could advise us on the best IT Solutions, to drive our business objectives forward. The new setup has provided us with room for expansion, the ability for remote working and has aligned us to the security requirements set by industry governing bodies. Our IT is now supported by their responsive and pro-active helpdesk which ensures that we can focus on our core business. I liked the fact that Freestyle IT are local to us, but I chose them primarily because I felt they were capable of managing our changing requirements in IT, comms and eCommerce as we grow. Their helpdesk and remote support has been excellent and I can honestly say we have been very pleased with our decison so yes I would definitely recommend.
