        I was owed 14 days medication and, when I went to collect them, was told they wouldnt be in until the end of October. If they had contacted me and advised me of this then I could have made other arrangements. Being told to contact my doctor for an alternative was really not helpful. I shall now use Whitewater as this lack of service is unacceptable where medication is involved.

        Friendly staff helpful it's different to lots of boots it closes 1 till 2pm otherwise no problem free parking right outside

        Better than nothing for sure in Hook. Friendly staff. One point - low stock (and in general, Boots stores delivery is still on a poor level)
