Came in for a long overdue eye exam, ended up leaving with glasses (Though not on the same day, obviously) Start to finish, the staff here were excellent. The lady that did the eye exam was great, and the lady that helped me find a set frames that didn't make me look stupid was just as good. I ended up quite liking them actually, which is odd since this process has made me realise how opinionated about optical facewear style I apparently am. The process of finding out that my eyes are slightly faulty, to having a set of glasses was really easy and I'd recommend this place to anyone. Also their walls in the front area are straight up covered in glasses frames so it's not as if you'll be stuck for choice if you're like me and feel choosing some on the day rather than spending a bunch of time shopping about. They seem pretty conscious towards peoples budgets (as long as you're comfortable sharing) and don't try to upsell which is cool. My budget was lower end as I'm not really bothered about brands or fancy materials, and they had great options in my opinion. They had a whole wall that we didn't even look at which is where I assume the fancy stuff was if you're into that, but for me nahh give me that clark kent frame. I think my total was 130 or something including a full eye exam, the frames for the glasses, the perscription lenses, and an anti reflective coating. Also they're pretty hot on anti covid measures at the moment so expect to be asked to wear a mask and use the antibac on the way in. Rightly so given a I imagine a large part of their customer base are part of the at risk group. Don't be a melt. Overall, I hope I never have to visit again, but if my eyes need looking at or I mess up my glasses, this is where I'll go.
