My daughter and son in law bought a car from this garage. At no time were they shown how everything works. They viewed car was viewed last Sunday and they decided to buy advised to pick up the following Thursday but they could not has failed mot promised tomorrow but tomorrow was a long way off has it was not ready to pick up till the Saturday.Advert did not say it had a sun roof nor did the sales Man this was only discovered when my daughter bought it round to show me and I guess the reason this was not mentioned was because it had a rather large crack and in need of repair the sun roof was covered at all times and because the description of car did not say it had one this was not looked for at point of sale nor did the salesman confirm it needed repaired. This car took all their savings and they cannot afford to repair has my son in law is registered with disabilities. This took them a long time to save and the fact they have 3 children surely this should of been pointed out to my daughter and son in law as a safety issue as 5his was a family car. Not a very good experience and salesman not up front lacked honesty and integrity I would not recommend this garage .

Seemed a really nice place very friendly, really pleased with our car, got home was giving it a clean, worked out how to open sunroof screen to discover the panoramic roof completely cracked, as if something had fallen on top of car. Worried to drive it now incase it falls in on us with the children in car, insurance doesnt cover repair. Really upset that they could sell a car unsafe. Took us ages to save and cant afford to repair it. So essentially have no car. Please be careful buying from here, lucky we found out about roof before it caved in on us.

I bought a car from ANW car sales early September, everything seemed fine on the test drive. However shortly after I picked up the car I noticed the windscreen wipers didn't work at all and the car was lacking in power. They offer a 3 month warranty so after giving the car back, they fixed the wipers and very rudely shouted at me and my friend while driving my own car nothing is wrong with the engine and he "wasted 100 in diagnosis". I gave the car to a private garage and they immediately found 2 fault codes. ANW still did not believe me, I made my mechanic call ANW and they still refused there was anything wrong with the car, telling me "You're a young guy who just wants to rag the car about" it was extremely rude. I tried to return the car as I was not happy with it as it was not working properly, they absolutely refused and were very rude. I then fixed the car MYSELF, replacing a diverter valve which was 70 and then spending 240 for the garage to replace a air mass flow sensor. After this the car ran like brand new. I think ANW cleared the car of codes so nothing showed up but as soon as another mechanic plugged in his machine, 2 fault codes show up. Absolutely AVOID at all costs, they wil cheat you out of your money! Everything should have been covered under warranty!
