I recently acquired an e90, 325i from a less-than-scrupulous dealer in Reading. A real scoundrel. However, my initial excitement was quickly replaced by dismay as the car began to display more warning lights than a Christmas tree has fairy lights. After waiting for what felt like an eternity, I finally got my car in for repairs, and that's when my luck turned around.
Ross and his team at RBM displayed exceptional professionalism, amiability, and above all, integrity. Despite the considerable sum of 2.6k that I spent on repairs, I am certain that had I gone to a main dealer, I would have spent at least twice that amount.
