OCS Car Sales

In December 2022 my Ford focus engine blew up (eco boost!) so I spent my savings on a car in Feb which was a disaster. Then I bought a Cmax Grand transmission auto gearbox which died 3 days into owning it. I was incredibly nervous buying a car and even driving one. Danielles service on the day was second to none even though I was probably coming off as rude, I wasnt I was just so nervous and had NO faith in second hand car dealerships. I wasnt rushed and she allowed us to have a long proper look at the car. She even agreed to get the cam belt replaced as I was nervous about this. I got a call two days later to say they had also changed the Aux belt as extra precaution. Id struggled with receiving communication from previous dealers so this was a huge but fantastic shock. I collected my car on time. It was clean, and ready to go which is something else I hadnt had before. Service history was amazing and unlike many others out there, they sell cars that have been looked after. I collected and did handover with Steve who was equally as brilliant. Id been reluctant to leave a review incase there were any problems but two weeks on my C-Max Grand has been nothing but a pleasure to drive and own. Im incredibly confident that if anything was to go wrong I can call them or pop them an email and Id be looked after. Thank you Danielle & Steve, my step dad has already made contact with Steve to buy his car from you through my recommendation. Thank you for changing my mind set and make me fall in love with driving again. Katie x

If you actually want a car avoid half their time is spent dodging emails and calls when your trying to get through to someone

Excellent service when buying my first Mazda MX-5. Very friendly and efficient sales service. Car in brilliant condition. Picked up from local railway station before driving the car home. Would definitely buy again from OCS.
