        Jules has done wonders for my business. I dont have to worry about organising anything. We speak daily for catch ups and flags anything urgent that categorically needs my attention. She liaises with all my staff and ensures all my clients are supported and satisfied with service. Using a VA and Jules in particular has never been easier and to be honest I am not sure why I didnt do it sooner!

        We have recently used Starfish Admin for a one of piece of work. We wanted to change our customer management system to a cheaper and more effective one. This piece of work had been put off due to the amount of time it was going to take us to sort and audit our customer list and then transfer over into a CSV. file for the new system. We spoke to Jules and explained what was required and she got the job done with in a couple of hours!!!! Fantastic communication from Jules. She was really interested in the business and why we needed to do the task and also offered advice how to make our life easier when it came to shutting down one system and moving forward with the new. A real 5 star service. I have even recommended her services to the customer management system incase they come across similar situations where time is a barrier to moving to their system.

        Jules has been an absolute lifesaver for both me and my business! I initially needed someone to keep the wheels turning and make sure everything was working as normal while I was on maternity leave, but when I came back I realised how much I hated doing the admin, and how much I loved Jules doing it for me! She takes all the little annoying bits I never find time to do and makes sure they are not only done, but done well. And she's saved me so much time! She is proactive, empathetic, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I couldn't recommend her enough for any business owner who wants to get control of their time back.
