Im a 12+ year customer and after about one year of moving to a new house the reliability and stability of our internet connection is laughable, it simply crashes almost every day. Zero care taken when the service was installed either, digging up my garden when I wasnt there. Ive finally had enough and Sky is being installed next month. Its a shame as when it worked it was good but the new hubs dont provide wifi further than the room it is in and the reliability is woeful.

I have spent well over an hour on the phone to the Indian sub-continent so my next step is to write to these people. NB.The star rating is for Virgin Mobile by phone NOT this company. I was given an address by Leo on the phone, just Sunderland ,SR43 4AA. So what is that, then? Couldn't or wouldn't give a road/street name - blaming the DPA right left and centre as did the first man I spoke to (Ralph) The company policy seems to be to blame the DPA for withholding information that is, in fact, due to company policy... Consumer Champion time if this letter fails to work.

Ive had an outage for 6 days. This company use every trick to avoid starting the clock on their promised 24 hour site visit including 24 hours as working hours which can technically be 3 days. Slime.

Virgin Media have now been harassing me via phone for several weeks after I notified them in writing that I was not moving and therefore did not require their services (within the cooling off period). They recieved the mail (tracked and signed for) and have said it's on their system in an online chat, but they refuse to stop calling me. The police have been contacted, legal proceedings imminent. Take me off your lists.
