Taylor Wimpey West London

We were in the process of buying a property here, but due to the abysmal attitude of the sales team we pulled out. We were not treated as a customer should be & hounded with constant telephone calls & emails, because they wanted to dictate the pace of the sale & which legal representativewe used. In order to receive the refund of our holding deposit we had to complain to the area manager. After reading other reviews & local Facebook posts, it seems we had a lucky escape. Buyers beware!

Terrible customer service, in the 4 years I have been here I have always lived with some sort of default and have spent an awful lot of time and annual leave chasing or being home to be let down. When NHBC invite Taylor Wiley to our home they dont even bother to show up. Work that had to be completed to correct mistakes was never completed as specified and has led to progressive issues later down the line and an unsafe garden for my children. The response I got from Taylor Wimpey, Elaine Gaffney in particular, was rather rude implying that I am either not being honest or not maintaining my home. The home itself is beautiful as is the location, but my goodness myself and my neighbours have had to put a lot of work in to have Taylor wimpy put things right. Still battling 4 years on. Shame!
