    We bought a flat here in February of this year and we are still having issues! The after care of Taylor Wimpey has been awful, there is one aftercare manager dealing with 3 sites at a time so she has absolutely no time to deal with any queries or issues that arise! The easy requests are dealt with in a some what timely manner...such as touching up paint work. Before even completing on our flat we pointed out that there was a massive crack in the main bedroom window. This should have been fixed before we moved in! It finally got fixed 3 months later. Our main electrical circuit was fitted with the wrong circuit breaker so every time we used a high voltage product all of the electrics tripped. For some reason it took Taylor Wimpey 4 months to book a date in with an electrician to fix the issue which was a 5 minute job! When we moved in we were delighted to find out we had been muddled up with another flat, this meant that our post box, intercom system, internet code and bills were all muddled up with another flat. It is now 6 months later and our bills are still jumbled. We have spent numerous hours on the phone to British Gas trying to fix Taylor Wimpeys errors. When we raised all of this to our after care manager we were told that with any new property you buy encounter issues such as these. Is it normal to be mixed up with other flats and for the issue to still be on going 6 months later? As well as this, we have damaged pipe work and brick work outside of our flat that was pointed out to Taylor Wimpey in February and still isnt fixed! I have already written a short novel but the list could go on and on.
