Be very careful. I bought my property just over a year ago and was advised that there was ample resident and visitor parking available locally pre-sale by Bellway. However, as soon as Bellway moved out - less than 2 months later the road with the ample parking available is made into a red route. The property management (IVPM ) have been next to useless assisting residents with finding alternative parking, but insist they have been liaising with Bellway. Which of course makes total sense when you see that as of today's date (less than 6 weeks after Hook Lane is made into a red route) that the ONLY on site parking area is being landscaped over instead. IVPM have twice ignored my emails flagging this concern, Bellway clearly don't care, and all the while no one is doing anything help, the likes of my partner keep getting parking fines issued because we are a 2 car household with only the 1 allocated space. The only option left is to sell and move.

Be very careful when you're buying a home with Ballway, the customer service is very good when you have to contact them and they will send someone out to fix the problem. However, that's where the problem lies. I've had to have numerous items in my new build flat replaced due to them using cheap parts that don't last. I'm getting very concerned that now my 2-year warranty is coming to an end that all these bits going wrong are going to start costing me a lot of money having to call out engineers and plumbers. Had to have my bath panel replaced once My shower tap replaced once and now my bath plug has just gone. I'm now just waiting for the next thing to go wrong.
