Maxlee handled our building work with great professionalism and excellent build quality. They project managed from design to completion of 2 single storey extensions and a part garage conversion to a 4 bed detached house. Any minor changes to plan were always discussed and agreed and all the team worked well and considerately around our family life (and dogs). The teams eye for detail, quality and final finish was excellent. Their pricing was fair and reflective of the materials they use, the experts they resource (brick and patio work exceptional) and the final product. We were extremely happy with our choice of Buster, Dan and the MaxLee team and would happily recommend them to others looking for great quality building work, big or small. I contacted Maxlee Group with a statement of works for a rear and side extension and with plans approved. An on site visit was arranged and the Maxlee Group manager arrived late, and with no idea of what work had to be done. The plans and statement of work was clear and the manager advised he would review it and get back to me. 2 weeks later, I contacted Maxlee Group again to see if they had any questions and when they would be able to get me a quote. I didn't get a reply, not a phone call or a reply to the emails I sent. If this is how they treat you as a potential customer at the beginning of the process, I would highly recommend staying well clear of these people if they can not bother to reply to an email or show any professionalism when approached for quotes / advice. I cannot comment on the quality of their work, but I can comment on their pre-contract process which is abysmal.
