After a horrendous experience with Currys Data Recovery "service", I opted to go local, and I am so happy that I did. I had a completely broken hard drive that the more I talked about it with John the less confident I got about being able to recover anything of my 500GB of video shoot data. But, miraculously, after John and Pardeep attended to the drive for a week with extreme care and perseverance, I now have enough data back to not have to reshoot, which is AMAZING! I am incredibly grateful to the team and couldn't recommend them enough to anyone, not just locally. And the price cannot be beaten either. 5 stars!

What a nightmare, a power supply fault that has also damaged the hard drive so file recovery virtually impossible. With nearly 20 years of family photos potentially lost, it looked like my only option was to risk an expensive data recovery company. However John took on the challenge and successfully managed to recover all my files at a reasonable cost. John and his team are professional and know IT equipment inside out, so I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I have used JW before. This time my young son had broken a part of the laptop and he explained to my son how best to treat laptops which was appreciated. Can recommend.
