At first this company was super easy to deal with and extremely helpful. Due to a clerical issue from their Accounts team they become very aggressive in their approach to secure payments from our company. Threatening emails from their accounts team and bully boy tactics to secure further uncessary payments that were not aware of. Approach with caution and get full prices up front before signing any paperwork! Charged 359.00 for a 15 minute appointment and a re-gas of a fosters fridge!. Also got told they don't deal with little company's and untrustworthy which was humiliating to be honest, even though it was their mistake. We settled both of our Invoices, the initial call out was paid in full and when they asked for payment to complete the rest of the works on the phone! STAY WELL AWAY! MUCH BETTER CONTRACTORS OUT THERE!

Many companies will only diagnose/fix one type of fridge, RS are willing.

Good attention to detail and customer orientated so easy to talk to. Both servicing and repair quality have been good to date on our reasonably large industrial site. A knowledgeable team working to a competitive price. Office staff and engineers are all friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend RS.
