Do not buy a second hand vehicle from this place . I had to buy a Mercedes from them on line as being way out of my area. I specifically requested a detailed video from salesman Ben regarding bodywork condition , the video stated 4 small marks on the left wing and absolutely no other issues great for a 5 year old car. On delivery th bonnet was covered in stone chips , Marshalls response was to send me a touch up kit to repair the damage they lied about! The second offer after I refused this was to drive 300 miles for their own body shop to repair their error or take the car back! The other option was basically to shut up and live with it. Do not trust the salespeople

Visited Marhsalls Mini at Hook after our visit to our local dealership did not offer much incentive to buy from them. So pleased with the service and helpfulness of all the staff here. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Wasn't intending to buy to brand new car but the discount they gave me was too good to pass up on. My new mini was cheaper than a pre-owned model that I had my eye on ! Special thanks goes to Nathan though who looked after me extremely well during my purchase. I highly recommend this mini dealership and would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the not too distant future.

My family have previously purchased 4 Mini's from this dealership. Went to purchase a new Mini today. Sadly we did not have the experience that we have received in the past, and so we went a short distance to Group 1 Mini in Farnborough and bought one there.

Went there with my girlfriend with jammed back gate of our Countryman. No mechanic had even looked at it, got appointment booked 3 weeks later for diagnostics - 176 quoted just for diagnostics without any repair cost. Diagnostics cost not deductible from repair cost (how the heck can you charge for diagnostics for repair that a customer wants you to conduct!!! Which is in your own interest to make the repair). Took our Countryman to a private garage in the village who opened jammed gate in 3 minutes, said that latch is tight and if it happens again then he is happy to do the job. Did not charge me a penny for that. Called Marshall to cancel appointment but no one was picking up the phone. There is a lot you need to learn about customer service dear Mini team - because you just lost one customer for ever. Using occasion I also asked for winter tyres for my 3 series. Got a quote for over 1500. Bought the same tyres online for 800.
