    I have been going to Sarah for group circuit training for almost two years now. I was so unfit when I first started as I have never done this kind of excercise/training before but with Sarah's encouragement and patience I have achieved so many personal goals! I am so much fitter, my body shape has changed so much and it says it all that I still go twice a week two years on and still enjoy going! Sarah is so professional but at the same time so caring.     I had always been hesitant about having a personal trainer but Sarah made me feel at ease immediately. I've been having sessions with her for a little over a year now. She is extremely knowledgeable and has a great range of equipment in her gym, offering a wide selection of options for exercise. During lockdown she immediately adapted the services she was able offer and I opted for her individual sessions based on the equipment I had available. When we were able to get back to the gym, the standard of hygiene and cleanliness were impeccable. A hand sanitising station has been installed and must be used before your session. All equipment is sterilised between clients. Each session with Sarah is different and carefully planned with individual needs/requirements taken into account. If, for any reason, an exercise cannot be completed, Sarah is quick to offer an alternative. I would highly recommend Sarah at Marshall Fitness.
