Spoke to a lovely lady on phone to order top soil who gave me all the info I needed. Delivery driver was very friendly & helpful.

EVEN LYING TO THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS!I have been using Banbury Turf for 4-5 years and never had a problem with there service and then al of sudden they have halted there services with me with no explanation on why. I've sent several messages and just been ignored.If they treat there loyal customers like this I would hate to think how they treat new customers. I'm absolute appalled at how they have gone about things.

Booked in advance to have my lawn turfed on Wednesday 6th July and had confirmation that it had been booked and I would receive confirmation late on the evening of the 5th of an ETA the following morning. I received no confirmation and tried to contact the company on the morning of the 6th as no one showed up? I sent a 2nd email today, to advise that I would be finding an alternative company. I did receive a response to the 2nd email but would not recommend Banbury Turf given the poor customer service I received. I accept that there may be a genuine reason for not showing up but a simple courtesy call or email would go a long way. The company state that someone tried to ring me on the 6th but I have no missed calls and no emails to prove that this was the case? I am not one to leave negative feedback but be warned!

Really pleased with our new lawn ! Joe and the guys did a cracking job, it was a bit of a challenge as it's on a slope but they worked wonders. Would definitely recommend them. Thank you !

Ive been self employed for 6 years and have been ordering materials from many suppliers, Ive never comeback across such bad service as Banbury Turf. Ordered 10 tonnes mulch 4 weeks ago, still no mulch, after numerous phone calls they always say we will call you back and never do. Ive cancelled the order, they cant wait to get you off of the phone and had the cheek to send 2 invoices for product they havent delivered. I would never recommend this firm.
