Chris from nuform carpentry is an extremely dishonest and unprofessional person. It is very unfortunate we had to come across him and choose him to do the stairs. He told an advance of over 2900 and over 5 months we were chasing for our stairs and he made numerous excuses. We made in numerous calls to chase and he never cared to reply. FinLly after 5 months he came to install the most ridiculous stairs stuck some glue on laminate on few threads and starting asking for money again. The 2*2 timber he used for balustrade was the poorest quality bent & bowed. I would advise never pay this company and if you really have to please use credit card as a method of payment as you will be safe. He has left us in a devastated state. My daughter fell down from stairs and we are now in the process of going thru legal route. He took more payments for material which he never delivered . He has also changed the name and formed a new company. He is a fraud who has caused us a lot of stress. Service: Staircase construction & installation
