They are absolutely fabulous. Took 7 weeks from order (which I knew they would) but well worth the wait.

Product arrived in sealed packaging but with manufacturing defects - clearly could not be damaged in transit.
Contacted customer service and was sent a replacement watering can the same day - did not even have to return the original. Second unit was ok - no damage.
5-star customer service for the solution and speed.

Two right angled brackets for hanging baskets.
Company returned my phone call, Chris knew and was informed about the product. Most helpful. Order arrived 24 hours later.
Highly recommend these products, heavy duty, very well plastic coated and although more expensive are the best brackets I have purchased having obtained several pairs recently for major planting in 2016. Brackets UK made, that most probably accounts for both the higher price and the superior quality.
Packaging however needs to be improved as the outer carton had opened at one end, no doubt owing to the weight of the brackets, flimsy carton and lack of external securing tape.
Thoroughly recommend both this product and Interior Landscaping.
