        Be very careful with this business. I phoned up to book a boiler service and asked that if any additional work needed to be done to give me a call first. The lady on the phone told me this was fine. Sadly though they have invoiced for additional work which they did not inform me of before carrying out. When I tried to query this the lady got quite aggressive and put the phone down on me, she would not let me explain why I had an issue with this. Not professional at all and quite worrying. Service: Heating system maintenance
