First time ordered an best takeaway I've had in years

Order placed on Foodhub for delivery. Waited 1 and half hour and the food did not arrive. I called them and he said "the food will be outside in 2 minuets. Waited another 20 minuets and did not arrive. Called him back and he told me "the order just came through" waited another 30 mins. TOTAL WAIT TIME 2 HOURS AND 20 MINUETS. Which is a record in my experience. 4 starving kids way past their bed time. No apology. Confusing mess. The man sounded like he does not know how to do the job. The man did not ask who i was, what my address was, he just says the same thing each time he is called. Got fobbed off. Disgrace really. Ruined my boxing night lol.
