Mark fixed my 13 month old laptop (which was failing to switch on / power up ) within a couple of hours ! Fantastic service and v reasonable cost. He also reassured me that if a repair turned out not to be a sensible choice costwise, he could get me all my unbacked up photos plus files off the device. Good to hear. Thanks Mark....really appreciated you fitting this in.

Great service and really fast! - I called up Mark at 6pm on a Wednesday about an issue with my slow laptop. By 6pm the next day it had been fixed and is now working perfectly! Would definitely recommend.

I contacted Mark initially for some advice about recovering lost photos after a software upgrade for our Apple device - it was a great decision. Mark managed my expectations but took the time to investigate and came up a solution which reunited me with all of my precious photos. Result! Since then I have asked Mark for advice with memory back up, parental controls and buying a new phone and tablet. Each time he has given a range of options and allowed me the space to make the final choice. He has even helped me to retrieve data from ancient laptops and then disposed of them for me. It's a cliche, but it's true that no job is too large or too small for Mark. I'm really glad to have him as a contact and I will be asking his advice again...and again.
