        Awful Doctors and should be totally ashamed of themselves. My dad needed a Dr yesterday for the go ahead to go into a hospice. He was in so much pain and the exact words we got were dont worry, well catch up tomorrow then had to wait 8 hours for an ambulance (not their fault they were amazing) who arranged everything. Thank god for MedOc. I will be taking this further before someone dies from their negligence.

        Very poor service except the wonderful desk staff who sadly had to apologise for delays etc etc.

        Beyond terrible if your a man at work to get an appointment is impossible Ive had a over 50s health check , been told by txt from the surgery I need to book an appointment to be put on medication and cant get one!!! Along with having other medical problems that I have been trying to sort out for years ! When you get an appointment the doctors are useless ,Ive give up its less stressful

        Life threatening. Used to be fantastic but now one of the worse surgeries I have ever dealt with. Completly uncontatactable. My child and I ended up in hospital due to not being able to contact my GP. Again this week I have been put at risk due to e consult system not working as it should. Be assured there is a manager of this company making a vast profit at the NHS ' expense.
