Rang up and placed an order, 2 tower meals and 1 fillet burger. Was told collection 10/15 minutes. Arrived to collect in 10 minutes and waited 28 minutes to collect. I got home 2 mins around the corner and found the chips were cold a bun was burnt and the chicken fillets were the thinnest I've ever had in a chicken burger. Very disappointed

To begin with when they opened, Not too bad, However The quality of the food really has not been that great, And has further gone down even now they are "Under new management" Hygiene of the place too is very poor, The Covid screen needs a good clean and the premises entrance doors and windows are dirty too. If these are not clean then imagine what your food is being prepped on must be like?, Beggars Belief. I have been a somewhat regular customer but noticing things that are very off-putting.

Visited recently thinking the under new management sign may have prompted a positive change. How wrong was I! Purchased 2 chicken burger meals a portion of chicken strips and 4 hot wings. The burgers were so dry they were impossible to chew and swallow. The strips well what can I say. 4 strips given tiny dry and mixed in with the hot wings. Usually all items are packed separate. Due to an allergy i could not eat the strips. Asked for replacement was told 10 mins. Other food would be cold no offer to replace it. So a refund was given of 4! Thats 1 a strip!!! Jesus. I cannot stress that this place has hit rock bottom in quality service and food hygiene as he took the strips out of the box i had taken home and put them back to be re sold!!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Food binned went to the kebab shop instead. I will not be visiting again!
