Absolutely disgusting service. Call for appointments with none available even when you call at 8am in the morning and wait on the phone for an hour. What has happened to our GP surgeries since COVID. During this period you could at least speak to one. Now its never. I have to take a sick day from work just to make contact to be directed online. I want to speak with someone not a computer. I have used been advised that I will get response within 24 hours. And with a call from a GP. I have used this method before and it took 7 days for response. When I advised the receptionist of this she stated that this email would be dealt with today with a call from a GP. . I will update on this as I felt the receptionist just wanted me off the phone. I asked for practice manager info and a phone number and was advised she had no direct phone number and I had to write a letter only. Well lets see if they are advising correctly and I can actually speak with a GP today. I do not hold my breath.

Had a disgusting experience recently with this practise, whilst I cannot fault any of the doctors, but a few of their receptionists are point blank rude (lady with red hair), poor customer service skills and lack of sympathy. My wife and son have been ill, we call the number and hold for more than 45minutes and then cutting calls off, walk in and try to book an appointment for my wife and little son only to be told there are no more appointments for the day and call back tomorrow in a very unsympathetic manner and rude tone as if it's my fault that you do not have adequate systems in place to meet with the challenging population. This is an eyesore practise that needs a revamping, CQC or whoever manages this practise needs to do something quick to protect the lives of the aging & younger population. Imagine relocating to this area and being met with this awful service, complete joke!
