Our first experience with Snows Toyota and a good impression. We had an issue that was identified and promptly dealt with. Good communication and liaised with Toyota to confirm the issue was covered by the 5-year warranty, which also included the courtesy car. Always helpful and friendly

The salesman, Rory Bradley was excellent, he is the only reason for four stars, otherwise it would be two. When I arrived to collect the car at the prearranged time it wasnt ready. I waited 90 minutes and when it came out, one of the front wheels still had a kerb rash (the other front wheel had been repaired), the installed rear bumper scuff plate was the wrong colour and the car was dirty (it had been brushed with a pressure washer and was still wet). I rejected the car and Rory set me up with a demo car which did have a full tank of fuel. I collected the car a week later (Easter got in the way). I had the feeling the car and not been handed over correctly at the end of its demo life (when I collected the car it still had a salesmans profile in the infotainment system). Overall, a really relaxed, friendly transaction completely ruined by whatever didnt happen behind the scenes.
