        Damaged residents water meters, cut BT cables, left tarmac in the plants outside my house, damaged the green area outside my house with their excavator, shouted at my wife and slammed hand on my car while reversing. Installed fibre cable that cannot be used by any other service provider. No materials sent out in advance of digging up the road and paths in my street. Didn't bother contacting me about fibre until 3 months after I registered interest.
